The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank helps to provide nutritious food to over 31,000 people through our network of 152 community partners operating more than 260 food assistance programs. In 2019, the Food Bank collected and distributed over 4.2 million pounds of food and other grocery products; the equivalent of over 3.3 million meals provided to those in need.

SERVE encourages individuals and groups to work together to alleviate local human suffering by meeting the emergency needs of children, individuals, and families who are experiencing financial crisis, and to promote programs to help individuals become more self-sufficient. SERVE is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization serving all of Stafford County as well as portions of Spotsylvania, Caroline, King George Counties and the City of Fredericksburg.

The objectives of the Foundation are to help less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – our children; to unite all members of local communities in a common cause for three months each year during the annual toy collection and distribution campaign; and to contribute to improving communities in the future.

Semper Fi & America’s Fund is dedicated to providing assistance to our combat wounded, critically ill and injured service members, military family members, and veterans, from all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces. Semper Fi Fund case managers, visiting nurses, and entire team support those we serve by helping navigate complex medical and emotional recovery — today, tomorrow, together!

St. Mary’s County is one of the wealthiest communities in our nation, and among the fastest growing in Maryland, but the gap experienced by those who struggle to obtain and maintain good jobs and provide basic needs for themselves and their family is also growing, year after year.  Food insecurity is consistently ranked as a major problem in our community, and this is in spite of the many food pantries and feeding programs local churches and community organizations offer.

Feeding America is the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization. We support food banks, food pantries, and meal programs with food, funds, and advocacy. Feed America reaches over 40 million people in need of food every year.

The Lowcountry Food Bank serves more than 200,000 food-insecure individuals every year through our strong relationships with nearly 300 community partners – a network of food pantries, on-site meal programs, school programs, senior programs, veteran’s groups and shelters. Our dedicated staff works to equitably distribute food across the 10 coastal counties of South Carolina we serve. We provide our partners with fresh fruits and vegetables, shelf-stable food, equipment, nutrition materials and food safety training.

The GSA Schedule is a $45 billion government contract. Businesses, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions can obtain a GSA Schedule Contract to sell products and services to government customers. GSA Schedule Contracts streamline the government sales process because they have pre-established pricing, terms, and conditions that government buyers can use to purchase from a company. While GSA Schedule Contracts are primarily used to sell to federal agencies, in certain circumstances they can also be used to sell to state and local government.
